[Still] an Original PoemI still go back to the days,When we were just kids and so in love.The days where the sun never set,And I never heard the cries of a dove.I still sit there and think back of you,And wonder who occupies your arms now.I wonder if she's just like I was,Or if she was better somehow.I still stare down at the things you left,Broken memories and an empty spot on the bed.I still wake up from that same old dream,Where I'm holding your hand and have no idea where i'm being led.I still hold onto the memories that remain,Still let them play through my mind.And I still keep reminding myself,You were never truly mine.

LifeLife's not about taking it slow.Or when, where and why you go.Life's not about taking it fast.But rather, making those sweet moments last.Life's not about what you forget.Or those horrible, hurtful regrets.Life's not about what you leave behind.But, the wonderful lives you find.Live like there's no tomorrow.No matter which road you follow.Don't dwell on your mistakes.Or the choices that you make.Don't take it too fast.Or dwell on the memories of the past.So live life the way you want.And never stop dreaming.And make sure you're believing,Exactly what matters most.When you find the one you're meant to love,
